Vadodara: Posters opposing the BJP’s official candidate have appeared in Ward No. 10 ahead of the Vadodara Municipal Corporation elections, indicating internal differences within the party at the local level.
The posters, seen in areas including Nilamber Circle, question the selection of candidate Avani Stampwala. Local residents and some party workers have raised concerns, stating that a non-local candidate has been given preference over local leadership.
After the posters were noticed, a team led by Nitin Donga reportedly began removing them from public places. The action was taken to manage the situation and prevent further spread.
