A man was safely rescued from the seventh floor of a residential building near Darbar Chowkdi in Vadodara on Sunday afternoon after he was found in a risky position.
The incident took place at Matruka Complex, where locals noticed the man on the upper floor and alerted the police and fire brigade. Soon after, teams reached the spot with necessary rescue equipment. Due to his distressed condition, officials chose not to use force and instead began communicating with him.
The rescue operation continued for several hours, during which police personnel tried to calm him down and bring him to safety. Eventually, the man was brought down without any injuries.
Police and fire officials worked in coordination to handle the situation. The man has been taken for counselling, and authorities are looking into the reasons behind the incident. More details are awaited.
