Extention of night curfew: 27 cities, including 8 metros in the state, curfew imposed till February 4th

To regulate the Covid protocol, the Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel, has made some significant measures in the state, including the night curfew in a total of 27 cities, including eight metros.

  • Curfew from January 29th to February 4th, from 10 pm to 6 am
  • Hotels and restaurants to get the allowance to continue home delivery service 24×7.

Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Bhavnagar, and Gandhinagar are among the eight metros that have imposed night curfews. 

Anand, Nadiad, Surendranagar, Dhrangradhra, Morbi, Wankaner, Dhoraji, Gondal, Jetpur, Kalavad, Godhra, Vijalpor (Navsari), Navsari, Bilimora, Valsara, Ankleshwar will be imposing curfew starting from 29th January 2022; a night curfew from 10 PM to 6 AM, regularly. 

In a core committee meeting with ministers and senior secretaries, Bhupendra Patel conducted a complete analysis of the pandemic protocol position and made other significant decisions.
